November 9, 2006 – March 1, 2017

In the summer of 2016, Zak and Sophia Rozsman pulled their 10 year old son Carson out of a baseball game because he wasn’t feeling well. Shortly after, he began to complain of double vision. After a series of doctor visits, the family’s biggest fears were confirmed. Carson was diagnosed with DIPG.

Through his illness, Carson fought his aggressive cancer valiantly, with an impressive and positive attitude. He had a deep love for the game of baseball and showed his team how to face adversity with courage and tenacity.

Carson died in the early morning hours of March 1, 2017, after an 8 month battle with the disease. He was surrounded by the love and presence of his devoted parents, Zak and Sophia.
